DAY-RATE DEMOLITION

$2,000–$2,500 per day

Includes:

• Up to 8 labor hours
• Interior selective demolition
• Removal of non-load-bearing materials
• Loading of customer-provided dumpster for debris disposal
• Jobsite swept and left remodel-ready

WHAT WE DO / DON’T DO

We do:

Interior selective demolition, remodel prep, framing-safe demo, contractor-ready handoff

We don’t: 

Structural demolition, load-bearing wall removal, asbestos or lead abatement, foundation or exterior demolition

Important Notes:

Pricing assumes non-hazardous materials. Structural elements must be identified prior to demolition. Permits, engineering, inspections, and dumpster disposal are not included. Minimum service charge applies.
